Sexy Ciara attended the 40th People’s Choice Awards Nominations today at the Paley Center For Media, Beverly Hills, Ca. Ciara hid her baby bump under a layer of black clothing and an admiral-style coat. She ignored questions repeatedly hurled at her by the media inquiring about her pregnancy. Bless her heart.
